Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping on select products or during promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. Arissa Decor cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete details.
  • Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us.
  • For returned orders, re-shipment will incur an additional charge of ₹300.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us will only be re-shipped upon receipt of online payment covering the original order amount and any applicable shipping fees.
  • Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

In the rare event your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team promptly. We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

International Shipping

Currently, Arissa Decor ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.
